I have made many shawls and many more baby blankets for loved ones over the years. (Some of those baby blankie recipients are now teens or adults who still cherish their beloved blankets.) Last year I conceived the idea of making sets of shawls and baby blankets, thinking such sets would make wonderful shower or baby gifts.
